Arnam Goswami Moves High Court,Arrested in provoking SUCIDE!!!

 November 5:Arnab Goswami who was arrested yesterday for abetment to suicide in a 2018 case was arrested in his house by the maharashtra police officers.

Arnab moved to bombay high court where bench of Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik will hear his plea.

In his plea he wrote about his "illegal arrest" from his home in mumbai in which he further said that he is being wrongly accused in the closed case to defame his reputation and his channel.

"The arrest was conducted in blatant violation of the fundamental rights to life and personal liberty of the petitioner (Goswami) and his dignity. The petitioner and his son were assaulted and dragged into the police van when Goswami was arrested," it added.
