Train service in Punjab not to resume as BKU refuses to lift blockade

 October 29:The train services may take more time to resume its functions as the "Kisan andolan" is refusing to lift the blockade on the train services. An meeting was held by three member state ministers with the representatives of the farmer union  to help lift the blockage of the railways.
